Eskimo Dance Returns to Croydon Boxpark

Founded in the 00s by legendary grime MC Wiley, Eskimo Dance has been instrumental in catapulting London’s up and coming MC’s onto the big stage and in front of international audiences. With previous alumni including JME, Skepta and Kano the troupe continue to sell out shows across the country with the brightest stars in the grime scene appearing alongside old-school heroes of the scene. It’s only fitting that after their sell-out show celebrating the launch of Boxpark Croydon they return once again a year later for another urban extravaganza.

Ghetts, one of Britain’s undisputed greatest MCs, returns to Boxpark Croydon alongside one of the key figures appearing at the show will be none other than the legendary D Double E. Widely regarded as one of the best MC’s in the business by fans and peers alike, the East London MC will be bringing his inimitable style and flow to head up an unbeatable line-up of grime acts. Joining him will be the likes of Frisco, Target, Logan Sama, President T and many more, all of which have been making big moves on the scene this year.

Boxpark Croydon, since opening, has received tens of thousands of visitors to space. With 35 incredible food outlets on offer from MEATliquor to CookDaily, paired with an unrivalled events programme, showcasing the best in new music alongside community-led events, for everyone to get involved, Boxpark Croydon is South London’s most exciting food and culture outpost. 

Boxpark Croydon’s traders including What The Pitta, Coqfighter, Indi-Go and CookDaily will all be open for business on the day, bringing together the best in street food with the best in grime music. Boxpark’s BoxBar will be run special first birthday offers during the event also.
