Mark’s Bar at HIX Soho is home to a high-spirited new vodka cocktail and snacks menu, which includes three mini vodka cocktails which have been specifically paired alongside their own plate. In what is a multi-faceted venue, Mark’s Bar champions an immersive cocktail list, small plates that are made for sharing and in the later hours, parties can visit to hear their resident DJs and enjoy a night out. The Vodka Snacks Menu is a stunning addition to a venue that already boasts an impressive menu.
The delicious menu is kicked off with a classic Black Cow Dirty Martini which is accompanied with a seasonal oyster. Considering it was our first time having Oysters, Mark Next up is the Black Cow Spritz with Spiced Portland crab chips, and just when you are ready to sink back into the dark soothing corners of Mark’s Bar comes the Espresso Martini, a blend of Black Cow, fresh cooled espresso & maple syrup matched with Mark’s velvety Peruvian Gold chocolate mousse & crisp honeycomb.
The full menu features further creations that draw on flavours from Peru through to Japan – cocktails and small plates can be enjoyed individually with seasonal additions such as the Vodka Rhuby Rock with Shrimp Gyoza with ginger and black vinegar.
