Sneaker Of The Week – Nike Air Max 1 Atmos Elephant
Stampeding back to stores due to popular demand, Japanese retailer ‘Atmos’ iconic design on the Air Max 1 gets another release. after winning the vote at last years Air Max Day. With a month full of releases, this is undoubtably claims the most sought after pair in the lineup. With sneakerheads already preparing to take a glpobal L this weekend, disappoint in Nike’s rumoured limited stock of the hype pair have sparked reaction in the community. Most notably, Instagrams popular @kingoftrainers who presented a heart felt open letter to Nike displaying his and many others frustration in the current sneaker scene.
Besides the politics, the re-release appears to be true to its originals. Featuring a predominately black upper, teal tick and striking shattered camo across the toe box that gives the sneaker it’s ‘Elephant’ name, looks as eye-catching as ever. At the top of many sneakerheads list, copping this wont be an easy fete. Look out for online/in-store raffles and check what individual stockist are doing in regards to the release.

Nike x Atmos Nike Air Max 1 & Jordan 3 Pack
Continuing with the release of the AM1, a pack celebrating Atmos designer, Hirofumi Kojima’s, work with Nike includes a special edition Jordan 3.
For the first time, the Jordan 3 features Nike’s classic safari print that might be more recognisable on Air Max safari drops. Both compliment each other, appearing in a special double box in limited number. The Atmos pack drops Saturday 18th March.
Air Max 1 Ultra 2.0 LE
Anothe release from the Air Max day celebrations that adds some upgraded features to the Tinker Hatfield OG. The upper resembles the red colourway but the inclusion of old school mesh and newly formed sole, present a lighter edition to the classic. The tongue brands the date ‘3.26’ in conjunction with this Air Max Day.

End x Reebok Insta Pump Fury “Black Salmon”
The UK based retailer END, is known for it’s high quality collaborations with a variety of brands. Reebok is the latest to receive the END makeover, bringing an aquatic design tot he insta pump fury. Although not my favourite silhouette, you can’t deny the ambitious, unique shape of the pump fury and coated in premium materials such as black suede, pink accents and fishscale texture, the sneaker looks great in finish.
